Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Mary Brown's Chicken. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain inventory levels and ensure efficient operations.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards by conducting regular quality checks and addressing customer complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and operational decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and train staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
  • Attention to detail to maintain high-quality food and service standards.
