Your primary duties will include establishing efficient work schedules, supervising and coordinating the activities of food preparation staff, and training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. You will also be responsible for hiring and managing food service staff, addressing customer complaints, and maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
