Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Old Winery Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
  • Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers to maintain our commitment to using only the best.
  • Ensure all kitchen staff are trained and equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a senior chef or kitchen manager in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures, with a focus on maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
