Job Title: User Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced User Support Technician to join our team at Deserving Health International Corp. As a User Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, ensuring that they have access to the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and networks.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and other technical equipment.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and technical manuals.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Provide training and support to employees on new technologies and systems.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
