About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Ghost Kitchen. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our menu items are prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and specials.
  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, including inventory management, staff supervision, and quality control.
  • Staff Management: Lead and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Tasks: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and manage kitchen operations.
