We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team at American Tall Ltd.
Job Summary:The Production Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the production process, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks, and maintaining accurate records. This is a key role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Compile orders and instructions received from customers and coordinate with production team to ensure timely completion.
- Organize tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines and optimize production efficiency.
- Plan and coordinate operational logistics, including inventory management and supply chain coordination.
- Track and complete work orders, and maintain accurate records of production progress.
- Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments and ensure smooth workflow.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Coordinate traffic flow of supplies and materials, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Compile worksheets and specifications of orders, and consult with production supervisor to schedule production runs.
- Estimate type and quantity of materials and labor required for production, and monitor production progress.
- Prepare and maintain progress reports, and provide customer service as needed.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a production or logistics role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
- 40 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- English language required.
