Production Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team at Eat-In Foods Inc.
Job Summary:The Production Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, monitoring the movement of supplies and materials, and preparing and submitting reports. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
- Prepare and submit reports
- Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
- Maintain work records and logs
- Organize warehouse and work areas
- Perform general office duties
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units
- Compile worksheets and specifications of orders
- Consult with production supervisor to schedule production runs in a cost and time-efficient manner
- Estimate type and quantity of materials and labour required for production, construction and other projects
- Monitor production progress
- Prepare and maintain progress and other reports
- Train workers in duties and policies
- Conduct performance reviews
- Coordinate, assign and review work
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Follow-up on issues with work orders
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Or equivalent experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
