Production Coordinator

Rajdhani Sweets and Snacks Factory is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of production and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:- Compile and prioritize orders and instructions received from customers
- Develop and implement plans to optimize production and inventory management
- Organize and coordinate tasks to achieve production goals
- Track and complete work orders in a timely manner
- Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments
- Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry and record-keeping
- Prepare and submit reports on production and inventory levels
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date work records and logs
- Train and assist colleagues in production and inventory management
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of production teams
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient production
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a production or inventory management role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 30 to 40 hours per week
