Job Summary

CAT inc is seeking a highly skilled Safety & Training Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Hours of Service regulations, conducting driver training, and providing support to our drivers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct logbook audits and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide training to drivers on Hours of Service regulations and company policies
  • Conduct road tests and evaluate driver performance
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve driver safety and compliance
  • Monitor and report on driver compliance with company policies and regulations

Requirements

  • Valid Class 1 driver's license
  • English and French language proficiency
