Job Summary

CAT inc is seeking a highly skilled Safety & Training Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations, conducting logbook audits, and providing training to drivers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct logbook audits to ensure compliance with HOS regulations
  • Provide training to drivers on HOS regulations and other safety-related topics
  • Identify and document HOS violations and provide coaching to drivers
  • Conduct road evaluations, including reviewing applications, CVORs, and abstracts
  • Develop and implement training programs for drivers
  • Collaborate with drivers to resolve HOS-related issues

Requirements

  • Valid Class 1 driver's license
  • English and French language proficiency
