Transformative Creative Leadership

The Hamilton Health Sciences Foundation is seeking an exceptional Creative Director to spearhead the development of groundbreaking brand strategies that elevate our mission. As a key member of our Brand Strategy team, this visionary leader will oversee the creative direction for all of HHSF's brand, marketing, and communications initiatives, driving innovation and compelling designs that captivate and inspire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of creative strategies and brand guidelines that align with HHSF's mission and values.
  • Oversee the creation of brand assets, including visual identities, marketing materials, and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • Drive project management and ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.
  • Mentor and coach team members to foster growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in art, graphic design, multimedia, web design, or a related field.
  • Seven years of experience in creative production, with a focus on brand development and marketing.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing teams and delivering results.
  • Superior content creation and development skills, with a focus on innovative design solutions and successful marketing campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of brand management principles and experience in brand development and brand reputation.
  • Persuasive communication techniques to influence stakeholders, build consensus, and achieve desired results.
  • Ability to analyze data and results to drive process improvements and strategic decision-making.
  • Team player with demonstrated ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Technical proficiency in publication and graphics software, including Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.
