The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to join our growing Vancouver team.

As a senior member of our team, you will lead the electrical design of various small, medium, and large-scale building projects.

You will have the opportunity to work on projects ranging from fast-paced developments to multi-year infrastructure projects that improve the lives of everyone associated with them.

From solving difficult coordination problems to working closely with all stakeholders, you will have the opportunity to change the shape of the Vancouver skyline and be part of projects that will be around for generations to come.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the electrical design of building projects
  • Work on projects ranging from fast-paced developments to multi-year infrastructure projects
  • Solve difficult coordination problems and work closely with stakeholders
  • Contribute to the holistic leadership of our Vancouver office
Requirements
  • Legally allowed to live and work in Canada
  • P.Eng through EGBC highly desirable
  • 10+ years experience in electrical building services engineering design
  • Established experience across the full project lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of relevant electrical codes and standards
  • Ability to independently complete engineering analysis and design of electrical systems
  • Ability to verify design work completed by others and provide mentoring, coaching, and training to less experienced engineers
  • Strong technical background and ability to effectively communicate information of a complex nature
