The Opportunity:

WSP is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Industrial, Water and Waste-Water team in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Reporting to the Director, Electrical, SCADA & Facilities, the successful candidate will work with other electrical staff, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the design and implementation of electrical systems for industrial, water, and waste-water projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement electrical system designs
* Mentor and guide junior engineers to ensure successful project delivery
* Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
* Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
* 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in industrial, water, and waste-water projects
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, control systems, and SCADA
* Excellent communication and project management skills
