  • As a key member of the ONroute team, the Restaurant Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants. This includes determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures to meet the needs of our customers.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms. They will also conduct performance reviews, organize and maintain inventory, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  • The Restaurant Assistant Manager will participate in marketing plans and implementation, address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide exceptional customer service. They will also plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring that our restaurants run efficiently and effectively.
  • This is a leadership role that requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Key responsibilities include:

    • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
