Job Description


This role oversees the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.


As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for:



  • Managing kitchen shift operations and ensuring compliance with all food safety policies and procedures.
  • Estimating daily production needs and communicating with kitchen personnel.
  • Preparing and cooking a wide variety of dishes, from regular menu items to special requests and events.
  • Assisting the Executive Chef with all kitchen operations and preparation.
  • Developing new recipes and menus to enhance the dining experience.
  • Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or culinary arts preferred.
