Executive Culinary Supervisor

As a key member of the JAPADOG team, we are seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be able to maintain high standards of quality and safety, and ensure seamless execution of menu items.
About the Role
- We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth.
- The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced food service environment.
- Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supervising staff who prepare and portion food to meet quality control standards
- Training staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and customer service expectations
- Maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Establishing work schedules to ensure efficient operations
- Collaborating with the management team to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
