Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Supervisor to join our Hospitality Culinary team at Vancouver. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food preparation and presentation for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of culinary staff to prepare and present food to the highest standards
  • Assist the Sous Chef in menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations
  • Ensure a safe and efficient kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve seamless food preparation and presentation
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen efficiency and productivity

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a high-volume culinary kitchen, with a strong understanding of food preparation and presentation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
