Executive Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and organized Executive Assistant to join our Legal Department at A-1 Trusses Ltd.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our legal team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of the department.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a well-organized filing system
- Prepare minutes of court sessions, meetings, or conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed
- Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, with experience being an asset
Our estimated salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and market rates for similar roles in the region.
