Job Description

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to the construction team, including preparing meeting minutes, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence;
  • Managing office supplies, maintaining inventory, and ordering materials as needed;
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations for team members;
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional and timely manner;
  • Preparing reports, contracts, invoices, and other documents using database software and accounting tools like QuickBooks;
  • Maintaining accurate records, charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to track project progress and performance indicators;
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant in a similar industry;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, and database software;
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail;
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
