Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Shree Dhanlaxmi Inc. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Hire food service staff
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and walking. You must be physically demanding and able to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements:- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and flexibility
