We are seeking a highly skilled Master Craftsman Supervisor to lead our team of professionals at Mastercraft cabinet and painting LTD.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting and decorating, with experience in supervising teams and managing projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard, while also meeting deadlines and working within budget.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively.
- Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for each project, ensuring that we stay within budget.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets our high standards, conducting regular quality checks and implementing improvements as needed.
- Health and Safety: Promote a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and protocols.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Secondary Education: A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in painting and decorating, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, and teamwork skills.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
