Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our growth efforts in Canada. As the Head of Growth - Canada, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy that drives customer acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a customer journey optimization strategy to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Define and execute a conversion strategy throughout the customer acquisition funnel, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Identify and prioritize initiatives to drive growth, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Lead marketing teams to ensure optimized positioning and a conversion-oriented customer journey, leveraging data and analytics to measure success.
- Collaborate with other teams and units to improve overall results, driving a customer-centric approach to growth.
- Measure success along defined metrics and KPIs, leveraging insights for continuous improvement and growth.
- Successful completion of a university degree in business, economics, or a related field.
- Multiple years of experience in a startup, high-growth company, consulting, or a similar high-paced environment.
- Strong data acumen with experience in making data-driven decisions.
- Experience in steering a team, leveraging cross-unit resources, and external service providers to implement marketing initiatives.
- Experience in customer-centric and target-group-focused communication.
- Business fluent written and spoken English.
