Nanny Position Available

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nanny to join our team at Cardinal Nannies & Caregivers Inc. As a nanny, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and supervision to children in a private home setting.
Key Responsibilities- Childcare and Education: Develop and implement engaging educational activities and games to promote cognitive development and learning.
- Household Management: Maintain a clean and organized home environment, including laundry, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
- Health and Safety: Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of children, including administering medication and providing first aid when necessary.
- Transportation: Safely transport children to and from school, appointments, and extracurricular activities.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, including regular updates on daily activities and any issues that may arise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Non-smoking and scent-free home environment.
- Work Setting: Work in employer's/client's home.
- Certifications: CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
- Transportation: Own transportation and valid driver's license.
- Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service and prioritize the needs of children and parents.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and other caregivers.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Initiative: Take initiative to anticipate and meet the needs of children and parents.
- Judgement: Use sound judgement to make decisions that promote the well-being of children.
- Organized: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
