We are seeking a reliable and experienced nanny to join our team at Cardinal Nannies & Caregivers Inc. As a nanny, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and supervision to children in the comfort of their own home.
Key Responsibilities- Household Management: Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the children.
- Light Housekeeping and Cleaning: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized home.
- Childcare and Education: Supervise and care for children, including preparing and serving nutritious meals, taking them to and from school and appointments, and tending to their emotional well-being.
- Discipline and Safety: Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents and maintain a safe environment, including performing CPR and First Aid as needed.
- Transportation: Take children to and from school and appointments, and have a valid driver's license and own transportation.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in childcare.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Non-smoking and scent-free environment.
- Work Setting: Work in the employer's/client's home.
- Client Focus: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with clients and their families.
- Efficient Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Initiative: Proactive and able to take initiative in caring for children and managing the household.
- Reliability: Reliable and trustworthy, with a strong sense of responsibility.
