We are seeking a reliable and experienced nanny to join our team at Cardinal Nannies & Caregivers Inc. As a nanny, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and supervision to children in a home-based setting.
Responsibilities- Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the children.
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized home.
- Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, promoting positive behavior and development.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary needs and preferences.
- Supervise and care for children, engaging in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Take children to and from school and to appointments, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
- Tend to the emotional well-being of children, providing comfort and support when needed.
- CPR Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- Criminal record check
- Reference required
- Vulnerable sector check
- Valid driver's licence
- Experience working with children, particularly twins
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Non-smoking environment
- Scent-free environment
- Work in employer's/client's home
