About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Surveillance Specialist to join our team at FNX-INNOV. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth installation and maintenance of traffic signals, lighting, and surveillance systems on our road network.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections to monitor the installation of traffic signals, lighting, and surveillance systems;
- Oversee the reconstruction of electrical bases and conduits, as well as the repair of road surfaces;
- Perform site surveys and gather data;
- Assist in the preparation of project plans and reports;
- Write technical reports and provide recommendations;
- Support project managers in the execution of their duties.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering;
- 1-3 years of relevant experience;
- Knowledge of geometric design, marking, and signaling standards (an asset);
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and ASP construction card;
- Proficiency in Microstation, Autocad, and Autoturn software (an asset);
- Excellent written and verbal French skills;
- Experience working with the City of Montreal (an asset).
