Everyday Banking Advisor Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Everyday Banking Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound calls and provide assistance to clients with everyday banking questions and concerns.
  • Help clients with account openings, password changes, and other banking-related tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team results and support each other in meeting client needs.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of relationships with clients and partners.
  • Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin or English and Cantonese (reading and verbal skills required).
  • 6 months+ of previous call centre or phone-based customer service experience, taking a high volume of calls (40+ per day).
  • Personal flexibility to work shift work, including weekends.
  • Ability to work on a hybrid schedule (1 day in office per week).
  • Proven ability in building rapport and maintaining client relationships, preferably in the financial or service industry while working independently and as part of a team.
