About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multilingual Cash Management Specialist to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and financial solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide personalized service to our clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Financial Solutions: Offer a range of financial products and services to our clients, including cash management solutions, to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and providing expert advice.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our client base.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education: Completion of university degree in business, finance or economics, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales role, relationship building and customer-service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, communications, judgement, negotiation, coordination and analytical skills.
