We are seeking an experienced and compassionate case manager to join our team, working closely with clients to develop and implement individualized plans to support them in maintaining stable housing. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, and we encourage applications from candidates who share our commitment to social justice and human rights.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one year experience in related post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to compile data and prepare statistical reports
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize case management software systems
  • Highly developed case management skills
  • Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation skills
