Homes First Society is a leader in providing affordable, stable housing and support services to break the cycle of homelessness for people with the fewest housing options.

We are seeking a Housing Stabilization Specialist to join our team in providing wrap-around case management supports to assist clients to maintain their housing, as well as optimal health and mental health stability.

The successful candidate will provide intensive housing support to stabilize housing, ensure data collection during intake is shared with coworkers, and develop individual case management plans with clients.

This role requires a highly developed understanding of and ability to communicate appropriate professional boundaries, as well as expertise in navigating the criminal justice system on all levels.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum one-year experience in related post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience, and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
