Key Responsibilities
  • User Support: Provide timely and effective support to users, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
  • System Management: Manage and maintain our learning management systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage projects, including data loading, SQL database management, and other technical tasks.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including B2B, product, and marketing teams.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks on newly published courses, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Documentation: Create user documentation for our self-help knowledge base, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a program support or data analyst role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience working with learning management systems.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
