  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure seamless access to important documents.
  • Prepare minutes of court sessions, meetings, or conferences, requiring meticulous attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills.
  • Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines to maximize productivity and minimize errors.
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents with precision and accuracy, adhering to strict grammatical standards.
  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to guarantee compliance with legal procedures and regulations.

Work Environment and Requirements

  • Fast-paced environment demanding high levels of concentration and organization.
