SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for:
- Scheduling and confirming appointments with clients and stakeholders;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems;
- Recording and preparing minutes of court sessions, meetings, and conferences;
- Determining and establishing office procedures and routines;
- Preparing and keying in correspondence and legal documents;
- Reviewing and proofreading documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field; or equivalent experience;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
