Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide strategic support to our leadership team, driving business growth and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute global strategies, programs, and initiatives that attract, retain, and engage top talent.
  • Provide strategic people and business advice to leaders, recommending innovative solutions to meet business needs.
  • Develop stronger partnerships with leaders, using business knowledge and general business concepts to understand their objectives and develop people strategies.
  • Support leaders in evolving their organizational structure, roles, career paths, and objectives to maximize business plan execution.
  • Make recommendations in all areas of HR that enhance team and employee success, based on market trends, industry best practices, business knowledge, and compliance with security controls, company policies, and relevant legislation.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant HR experience, with at least 8+ years as a Business Partner supporting Senior Executive and/or C-level leaders, preferably in a rapidly growing global tech organization.
  • Bachelor's degree/Post Secondary Education in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A CHRP or CHRL certification would be considered an asset.
  • Experience identifying and building strategic cross-functional partnerships across all levels of the business to understand challenges.
  • Passion for high-quality service to the business and delivering exceptional support.
  • Analytically driven with experience working with people and business metrics to guide decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a focus on innovation and learning.
