About the Role:

We're seeking a seasoned Director of Product Design to spearhead the client experience for a financial services website. As a key member of the digital leadership team, you'll be responsible for defining and driving the product vision, leveraging data, best practices, and innovative concepts to create a seamless user experience.

This is a unique opportunity to blend strategic thinking with hands-on design expertise, driving prototypes and high-level direction. If you're a leader with deep design and CX knowledge, this role could be an excellent fit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with the client's business goals
  • Design prototypes to set direction and gain buy-in from stakeholders
  • Synthesize competitive analysis and customer feedback to inform design decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Make strategic recommendations backed by data-driven insights
