About the Role:

We're seeking a visionary Director of Product Design to define and drive the client experience for a financial services website. As a key member of the client's digital leadership team, you'll be responsible for guiding the future state of the website through data, best practices, and innovative concepts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a product design strategy that aligns with the client's business goals and objectives
  • Design prototypes to set direction and gain buy-in from stakeholders
  • Synthesize competitive analysis and customer feedback to craft a frictionless web experience
  • Interface with C-suite to articulate the dot com vision and advocate for a seamless experience that outperforms the competition
  • Lead discussions to gain alignment among cross-functional teams (marketing, design, tech, etc.)
  • Make strategic recommendations supported by data (increased engagement, retention, customer feedback, etc.)
Requirements:
  • Desire to immerse yourself in the client's business products and model
  • Experience working on enterprise-level websites
  • Global brand experience a plus
