About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Mahal Enterprises Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
