Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to maintain quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Accurate, client-focused, organized, reliable, and ability to multitask.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Support social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees.
  • Support for Youths: Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.

Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.

Language: English.

Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
