You will be part of a team that manages a privately structured portfolio of lease and loan receivables worth $3.5 billion across 30 facilities. As an Associate Director, Specialty Finance and Securitization, your primary responsibilities include account management of existing origination relationships, supporting senior staff on various relationships and new business activities, sourcing, negotiating, structuring, pricing, and funding transactions.

Your role requires you to be highly detail-oriented, possess strong analytic capabilities, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. You will oversee portfolio management activities, including decisions on funding, structuring, credit review, legal documentation, consents, and ongoing performance monitoring.

Additional responsibilities include supporting senior SFS staff with new origination opportunity reviews, analysis, modeling, structuring, and legal documentation. You will also contribute to the governance of SFS's business activities, particularly monthly and quarterly performance and financial reporting requirements, participating in SFS's governance and originator-specific review and audit process.

To succeed in this role, you should have applicable experience gained from prior responsibilities in corporate finance, investment banking, corporate lending, securities investing, or private placements. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or Mathematics is required, while a CPA, MBA, and/or CFA (or progress towards) are considered an asset.
