The Role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' strategic goals and objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving employee engagement, talent acquisition, and organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
  2. Lead employee engagement initiatives, including talent development programs, recognition and reward schemes, and employee communications.
  3. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  4. Provide HR operational support, including benefits administration, employee relations, and performance management.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational change initiatives and improve business outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on business partnering and organizational development.
  2. Strong HR expertise across key areas, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Proven experience in supporting organizational change initiatives and driving business outcomes.
  5. A Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
