Limited (P&H) has an opportunity for a motivated, forward-thinking, and dedicated individual as a Human Resources Business Partner based in Cambridge, ON.
**Your Role**
- level Human Resources Business Partner support to multiple divisions and locations throughout
Canada as a federally regulated employer. This is a fast-paced role requiring previous experience within manufacturing or operations. Previous experience in labour relations would be a definite asset.
Note: this is an in-office role and will require some travel between flour and feed mills as required.
**Day to Day**
- Provide guidance and coaching to senior leaders and front-line managers in areas such as performance management, progressive discipline, salary administration, conflict resolution, training and career development, attendance management and employee/labour relations.
- Liaises as a single point of contact for managers and supervisors within an assigned client group.
- Assist management with collective agreement administration and interpretation, grievance investigation and resolution, and bargaining support.
- Participate in HR related projects and initiatives, including policy development, communications, and training.
- Identify and evaluate industry best practices and business trends and capitalize on opportunities that will improve the company’s competitive advantage.
- Partner with leaders, managers, and the HR/Talent team to achieve business results.
**Required Qualifications**
- University Degree or College Diploma in Human Resources.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or operations is required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of Human Resources experience, with a progression in roles and responsibilities. Experience providing corporate-level business support is an asset.
- Must have strong problem-solving skills with an ability to recommend and influence leaders on solutions to complex issues.
- Must be flexible in your ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances, having a high tolerance for ambiguity and uncertainty as business conditions change.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience in labour relations.
