Salary:

The salary for this Construction Superintendent position is estimated to be $45-$55 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Description:

As a Construction Superintendent, you will effectively manage and coordinate your workforce, equipment, materials, and trade contractors to attain targeted profit and schedule. You will also manage cost control during construction, implement Quality Control Programs, and work closely with project managers, project coordinators, owners, consultants, inspectors, and trade contractors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 10 years of commercial construction experience as a Superintendent. Completion of post-secondary studies in construction, building technology, engineering, or a similar field is preferred. National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) Certification and Journeyman Carpenter ticket are also preferred. Additionally, you should be experienced in managing projects in excess of $15 million, possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be highly organized and able to prioritize responsibilities.
