Site Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager for our construction project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and organize daily operations to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
* Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers as needed
* Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of tasks
* Prepare and review construction schedules and milestones to monitor progress
* Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements
* Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings to ensure accurate construction
* Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions
* Prepare reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in construction project management
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Working Conditions:
* Work is performed primarily outdoors in various weather conditions
* May require working at heights or in confined spaces
