About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead our civil infrastructure projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project values of $1M - 15M, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.

Responsibilities
  • Manage project schedules, including development of site logistics, project schedule and phasing, design and constructability review, and budget development.
  • Lead mid-sized teams, overseeing site staffing, quality control, sub-trade coordination, field cost control, and safety.
  • Determine method of construction, materials quantities, equipment, work schedule, and documentation of hours worked.
  • Coordinate assigned work with different crafts, company departments, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain relationships with engineering, estimating, and planning to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and schedule.
  • Monitor compliance with company and site safety programs and documents, implementing corrective measures as needed.
  • Take an active role in hiring, training, and monitoring field personnel.
  • Assist project managers with resolution of outstanding claim items and warranty.
  • Work in conjunction with project managers to manage project budgets specifically related to production on self-performed work.
Requirements
  • Varying years of experience considered (2-8 years of construction experience and a minimum of 1-3 years in a supervisor capacity role).
  • Proficiency in structural concrete & steel, earthworks, foundations, and deep installations.
  • Proven ability to manage project values $1M - 15M.
  • Proven ability to lead mid-sized teams.
  • Knowledge of construction engineering and design.
  • Knowledge of standard construction software and management processes.
