Job Title: Front End Supervisor

At ABS Truck and Trailers Parts Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Front End Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles
  • Order merchandise and authorize returns to maintain an efficient inventory system
  • Establish work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and productivity
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
  • Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure seamless operations
