Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Front End Supervisor to join our team at Urban Nails Salon. As a key member of our front end operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our front end staff, ensuring seamless customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Authorize Payments: Ensure accurate and timely payment processing for customer transactions.
  • Order Merchandise: Coordinate the procurement of necessary products and supplies to maintain an efficient and well-stocked front end.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for front end staff to ensure adequate coverage and optimal productivity.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of front end inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and minimal waste.
  • Staff Supervision: Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to front end staff to ensure they meet performance expectations and contribute to the team's success.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a front end supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
