Front End Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front End Supervisor to join our team at Urban Nails Salon. As a Front End Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the front-end operations of our salon, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels
- Establish work schedules and supervise front-end staff
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- 2 years of experience in a front-end supervisory role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Our salon is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work in a team environment and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.

- Organized and able to prioritize tasks
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a front-end supervisory role
