Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front End Supervisor to join our team at Urban Nail Bar Ltd. As a Front End Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our front-end team, ensuring seamless customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Authorize Payments: Verify and approve payments by cheque to ensure accurate financial transactions.
  • Order Merchandise: Coordinate the procurement of necessary supplies and materials to maintain our inventory levels.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for our front-end team to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.
  • Prepare Reports: Generate reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure efficient stock management.
  • Supervise Team Members: Lead and guide our front-end team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
