Seeking a seasoned Food and Beverage Assistant Manager to join our team at Mantles Restaurant & Lounge. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for managing the restaurant's operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and working closely with the culinary team to deliver outstanding service.



Key responsibilities include:




  • Managing the front-of-house team and ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Collaborating with the culinary team to develop and implement menu offerings and promotions
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Providing exceptional guest service and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Assisting the Restaurant Manager with scheduling, inventory, and ordering


Requirements include:




  • Three years of experience in a food and beverage role, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory position
  • Serving it Right certification and Food Safe certification
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including Micros POS
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
