Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at KFC / Taco Bell. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Monitor and evaluate the performance of our restaurant, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor Revenues and Labour Costs: Analyze sales data and labour costs to determine the most effective ways to manage our resources and maximize profitability.
  • Staff Performance: Monitor and evaluate the performance of our staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their skills and achieve their goals.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently, including scheduling staff, managing inventory, and coordinating with suppliers.
  • Recruit and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop our staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service and prepare high-quality food.
  • Negotiate with Suppliers: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for our food and other supplies.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
